Starbucks’ 2023 Holiday Menu is finally here and there are some yummy drinks, including a brand new Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai. However, there are loads more delicious Christmas beverages you can order this November and December on the Secret Menu.
It’s an unofficial list of drinks that Starbucks fans have made up using ingredients on the coffee chain’s menu. Baristas can make just about anything you ask for using syrups, flavorings and toppings that are supposed to be used in other menu items.

Starbucks Secret Menu Christmas drinks
1. Santa Claus Frappuccino
What the drink is: A creamy strawberry-flavored beverage with no coffee that’s red and white just like Santa’s suit and beard.
Ask the barista for: A Vanilla Bean Creme Frappuccino with strawberry purée layered through it, whipped cream and red sprinkles on top.
2. Grinch Latte
What the drink is: A bright green cold tea drink flavored with matcha and finished with red sprinkles to look like The Grinch.
Ask the barista for: An Iced Matcha Latte with vanilla sweet cream foam, two pumps of matcha in the foam and sugar cookie sprinkles.
3. Hot Cocoa Cold Brew
What the drink is: A cold coffee that tastes just like hot cocoa, bringing that warm festive feeling to those who prefer iced drinks.
Ask the barista for: A Venti Sweet Cream Cold Brew with two pumps of vanilla, four pumps of mocha and one pump of toasted white mocha. Then, add chocolate powder and chocolate curls on top.
4. Buddy the Elf Frappuccino
What the drink is: A creamy peppermint flavored Frappuccino that’s bright green like Buddy the Elf’s suit in the classic Christmas movie.
Ask the barista for: A Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino with peppermint instead of classic syrup. Top it with whipped cream and red and white Christmas sprinkles.
5. Christmas In A Cup Latte
What the drink is: This hot drink encompasses all the classic flavors of Christmas, including cinnamon, chocolate and peppermint.
Ask the barista for: A Cinnamon Dolce Latte with two pumps white mocha syrup, one pump peppermint syrup and chocolate whipped cream on top.
6. Rudolph Frappuccino
What the drink is: A creamy chocolate and coffee Frappuccino that’s brown in color with a strawberry on top to look like Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer.
Ask the barista for: A Mocha Frappuccino with Java Chips in the bottom, a layer of strawberry purée on top, whipped cream and a whole strawberry.
7. Snowball Frappuccino
What the drink is: A bright white Frappuccino that looks just like a snowy winter wonderland – and it’s as cold as one too.
Ask the barista for: A White Chocolate Creme Frappuccino with two pumps of toffee nut syrup, two pumps of hazelnut syrup, whipped cream and caramel brulée topping.
