Spotify announced that the yearly roundup feature is now available in a tweet, writing: “2023 #SpotifyWrapped has entered the chat.”

However, many users have taken to Twitter to report that they are still unable to access the feature on the app.

One person wrote: “Why is my Spotify Wrapped not showing up.”

“Spotify Wrapped 2023 is not showing up for me,” said another.

A third person added: “Spotify Wrapped is not showing up for me, where is it?”

What to do if Wrapped isn’t there

If Wrapped isn’t showing up in a big banner on the home screen:

1. Open Spotify and click on ‘Home’ in the bottom bar
2. At the top, you’ll see bubbles that say ‘All’, ‘Music’, ‘Podcasts’ and ‘Audiobooks’
3. Scroll across and the word ‘Wrapped’ will appear next inside a multicolored line
4. Click on this and your 2023 Wrapped will appear

If the feature still isn’t there, make sure your app is up to date. You can also access your music recap through the web for the first time ever at Spotify.com/Wrapped.

“Our 2023 Wrapped campaign is a celebration of the realest moments that defined your year on Spotify,” the streaming service said.

As always, it includes the top artists, songs, albums and podcasts that you listened to over the past 12 months.

The stats are all compiled into a personalized user experience with even more interactive features than ever before.

This includes Me in 2023, which demonstrates a streaming habit that defined your year, and Sound Town, which matches you to a city.

There are new Top 5 Genres and Top 5 Artists cards too. Plus, you can get a message from your top artist.
