Biden became a topic of discussion on TikTok after people came across a video posted by user @ttbanned1980. The text reads: “Biden gets tangled on his dog’s leash and judo kicks him in the head.” The clip showed Biden stepping out while holding his dog.
As he walks towards his car, the leash gets tangled in his leg and he accidentally kicks the dog. The video has managed to make its way to other platforms such as Twitter and Facebook.
Many were convinced that it was a recent clip, but if you look carefully, the video shows ‘mber 27’ on top, hinting that the video stems from September 27. However, the year when it was shot is unclear.
Joe Biden’s dog Commander was involved in a biting accident
The video of Biden tripping comes days after it was revealed that his dog, Commander was removed from the White House after it was involved in a string of biting accidents.
A statement regarding the same was released, which noted: “The President and First Lady care deeply about the safety of those who work at the White House and those who protect them every day.”
“They remain grateful for the patience and support of the U.S. Secret Service and all involved, as they continue to work through solutions. Commander is not presently on the White House campus while next steps are evaluated,” concluded the statement.
How many dogs did the President have?
Biden had two dogs before Commander was welcomed to the welcome. The Biden family were proud parents to German Shepherds, Champ and Major.
Champ died peacefully at home in 2021. Meanwhile, Major was sent to the proverbial dog house after he was involved in two biting accidents.
