Audible users are asking the audiobook and podcast platform to launch its own ‘Wrapped’ feature and they have confirmed a yearly recap is on its way.
The trend started back in 2016 with Spotify Wrapped and other music and social media platforms have now jumped on the bandwagon with annual statistics.
Audible ‘Wrapped’ 2023 is coming
Many have taken to Twitter/X in recent weeks to urge the audiobook platform to release a recap feature with information about all the books they listened to.
One person wrote: “Spotify wrapped is nice but Audible Wrapped is what I really want.”
“I want an Audible Wrapped,” said another.
Audible has responded to a number of these posts confirming that a new feature called Audible Stats is coming in 2024.
“You’re in luck! #AudibleStats drops in January,” they said.
Another post adds: “The year’s not over yet! #AudibleStats drop in January, once 2023 is officially over.”
“Your wish has been granted! It’s called #AudibleStats, and it drops in January,” once 2023 is officially over,” a third post says.
The recap feature will display all sorts of information including the genre you listened to most – and the statistics will include December.
View your Stats and Badges on Audible
In the meantime, you can use the app’s Stats and Badges feature to track your audiobook listening information.
It tells you your listening time, listening level, and total number of audiobooks in your library – and it’s really easy to find.
All you have to do is open the app and tap the Profile button in the bottom right corner. Then, press Badge Collection.
There, you can view your listening statistics and unlock badges for completing various different reading tasks.
Some of them include listening during parts of the day and finishing multiple audiobooks over short amounts of time.
Audible Stats will expand on these statistics, giving you even more information about the books you enjoyed in 2023.
