Social media users could not hold themselves back while reviewing the Celebrity Cruises tour suite with some thinking it is a ‘waste of money.’
Cruises have become a popular vacation choice for many and it was no different for fashion influencer, Angie Harrington. However, many social media users were not impressed by the suite the luxury experience had to offer.
A look at Celebrity Cruises’ largest suite
Angie was thrilled to show the largest suite in Celebrity Cruises on her Instagram and called it ‘iconic’ for its design. Right from a pullout bed to a swing, the living room already made one feel special.
The master bedroom had a lot of sunlight and a retractable TV to ensure your stay is comfortable. The master bathroom was no less as it had a massive jacuzzi. The suite also came with a private patio that allowed you to enjoy privacy.
The room also has a Peloton cycle for workouts. Apart from the room amenities, the suite also comes with a 24/7 butler/concierge service.
The video was quick to draw attention as many thought it was not worth the money. One user wrote: “Waste of money….. You don’t go on a cruise to sit or sleep in the “IONIC ROOM.” Another wrote: “Upgrading a suite is a waste of money on a cruise. You’re in you’re room to sleep only. You spend all day on the boat enjoying the restaurants pools and other activities.”
“Honestly looks like a cheap hotel,” wrote another user. “It’s nice but why, you are never in your room so you don’t need something like that,” questioned one more.
“For that price, I don’t know why anyone would not book a private yacht,” read another comment. “Looks boring,” thought another.
Other users fall in love with its dreamy look
While there were a few who disliked the suite, there were many more who loved it and thought it was perfect. One user wrote: “Wow I have never been on a cruise before and this suite tour makes me want to take one!”
Another added: “Wow! I have never seen anything like this!! I had no idea this kind of place existed! How could you ever go back to a regular room!” “Wow this is dreamy!!!” said one more. “Holy moly I cannot believe this is on a cruise!” wrote another.
“Sign me up!!!!” said another. “Sure it’s pricey but I bet it’s worth it,” read the comment.
