Hey Upper East Siders. Gossip Girl stars Chuck Bass and Lily van der Woodsen reunited this week and the video will melt your heart.
The pair bumped into each other at a Paris Fashion Week show and their reunion is the cutest thing ever. Plus, they haven’t aged a bit!
Chuck Bass and Lily van der Wooden’s reunion
Ed Westwick and Kelly Rutherford, who played Chuck and Lily in the famous CW show, both attended a Lancôme event at the Louvre museum in Paris.
A viral video shows the pair hugging. Rutherford then adorably puts her hands on his face and appears to say: “Do you remember me? My baby.”
The clip has no sound so it’s not clear what he replied, but the pair posed for a few pictures together after their reunion.
Westwick then returned to his girlfriend of two years, 31-year-old English model and actress Amy Jackson.
Fans think it’s ‘too cute’
The videos have gone viral on Twitter and fans are going crazy over the adorable moment.
One person wrote: “This is too cute.”
“So sweet,” said another.
A third person added: “She still treats him like a son.”
“Going insane over this,” someone else said.
They haven’t aged a bit
Others are wondering how the co-stars haven’t aged as they look exactly the same as they did in Gossip Girl.
The show ended over a decade ago, in December 2012, when Westwick was just 25 and Rutherford was 44.
In the series, the pair had limited interaction. However, Lily did marry Chuck’s dad Bart, so he became her stepson.
One person wrote “How the hell have they not aged?” while another said: “This woman hasn’t aged a bit.”
