YouTuber FaZe Rug, Brian Rafat Awadis, is an American YouTuber and co-owner of FaZe Clan.

Born on 19 November 1996, the 26-year-old boasts over 24 million subscribers and is the most subscribed gamer in FaZe Clan on YouTube.

Amongst his vlogs, challenges, gaming, and prank videos, the creator would often include his dog Bosley in content. On 15 November 2023, the creator recently announced the sudden passing of his beloved pet dog.

In a heartbreaking video posted on his official YouTube channel, titled “rest in peace, bosley,”, FaZe Rug and his tearful family revealed the sad cause of their pet’s death:

“I think the worst part is that it happened so suddenly he had a heart failure yesterday we knew how much.”

FaZe Rug continued to explain that he was “doing something really cool in Vegas” and “had some weird feeling that something’s off something not right.”

The YouTube sensation decided to call his dad and said: “I’m just going home to Bosley right now he doesn’t he doesn’t look good you know.’”

Over on Twitter/X, FaZe Rug shared a collection of pictures with his pet with the emotional caption: “Rest in Peace Bosley. I can’t believe this is real. I love you so much and I can’t wait to see you again.”

The tweet has now reached over two million views, more than 37 likes and comment

@fazerug captioned his Instagram post revealing the sad news, beginning: “Can’t believe I’m typing this, but rest in peace to Bosley. “

The YouTuber continued to explain to the belated dog: “You brought joy to every single human you encountered. I loved you like there was no tomorrow. I wish you were still here, and I wish I can hold you one last time to tell you how much I loved you.”

FaZe Rug’s caption also read: “All my supporters I’d meet would ask about you. I hope you knew how much you were loved by EVERYONE. Can’t wait to meet again and I hope you’re eating a ton of steak & chicken up there.”

The social media star also took to TikTok with a compilation of memory videos remembering Bosley.

The post has now reached over 3 million views, more than 650,000 likes and a comment section filled with emotional messages with fans expressing their condolences.

A user named @BIG KREAM shockingly wrote: “Damn, another legend gone.”

@Alex “Poatan” Pereira described Bosley as “the most treasured dog in YouTube history.”

A comment by @Luichi Vargas wrote: “RIP king Bosley. I’m crying right now, he was more than a dog.”

Another fan commented: “R.I.P the og. King Bosley we will miss you.”

On behalf of FaZe Rug’s followers, @baddie053 said: “R. I. P Bosley. We miss you so much.”
