Giancarlo Esposito Becomes Superman’s Most Powerful Villain In Fan Design

Accompanying the post of Giancarlo Esposito as Brainiac, @skull101ify wrote, «Art by me. Here’s my rendition of @thegiancarloesposito as #Brainiac! The man was BORN for this role in my eyes!»

Other fans who got a look at his work backed the idea, with @cmoney818 saying, «This is inspired,» and @mark.slovakian.nerd adding, «He looks amazing as Brainiac.»

The question is if he’d do any better at this role than at the one he and Marvel fans have longed for him to take in the future of the MCU. During an interview on «The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,» Esposito said he was still fighting to be Professor X in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but perhaps the far reaches of DC space are where he’d be better suited. @Mullet_with_human_desire said, «He’s much better for this role than he is for Professor X.» Both roles are big-brained legends of comic book history that Esposito would work wonderfully in, so whether good or bad, it’s safe to say any comic book story involving Esposito would be great news for us, no matter what.
