A TikTok video shared by @paytonmey, who posts tons of home, life and date night inspiration, shows the creation of a Harry Potter-themed date night.
To encourage her partner to become a fan of the Warner Brothers franchise, the TikToker baked Harry Potter-themed snacks and even made her own ‘butter beer’, a popular drink from the films.
The viral clip has currently reached over 18 million views, more than two million likes and a comment section full of admiration.
How to create the Harry Potter snacks
The baker starts by creating ‘Hagrid’s cake’, whereby she uses pink and green icing to write the famous phrase “Happee Birthdae Harry” on a cake.
Next, the TikToker uses Ferrero Rocher’s golden wrapped chocolates to create the ‘golden snitch.’
The Golden Snitch is a small flying golden ball used in Quidditch, the famous wizarding sport, and is worth 150 points to the catching team and ends the game.
