The Marvels Rumored To Feature Return Of Beloved Superhero After 9-Year Absence

If Beast really is set to make an appearance in «The Marvels,» the only logical place for him to drop in would be the Khan residence to visit its youngest family member. It was teased at the end of «Ms. Marvel» that Kamala carried the mutant gene, which would be a big revelation to wrap your head around. What better place to learn more about it than the Xavier Insitute for Gifted Youngsters, of which she’d be presumably invited by Hank McCoy, aka Beast. Not only would this work as another great nudge of mutantkind into the world of wall-crawlers and thunder gods, but it also lines up with Kamala’s current place in Marvel comics as well.

After a brief  death, which was then retconned in the comics, Kamala Khan joined the X-Men gaining a new comic run as «Ms. Marvel: The New Mutant.» Call it corporate cohesion, but given that Iman Vellani wrote the story, it makes sense that the arrival of mutants could literally begin on her doorstep. Of course, for now it’s just a waiting game, but you’ll be able to see if Beast really does swing in to «The Marvels» when they arrive in theaters on November 10.
