A Saudi Arabian side are reportedly ready to make an offer for Arsenal winger Nicolas Pepe this summer if the winger is allowed to leave this summer.
According to a report from RMC Sport, the unnamed Saudi side are ready to offer cash for the Ivorian winger but how much cash hasn’t been decided yet.
The 28-year-old Ivory Coast international is expected to leave the Gunners. Pépé, who earns £140,000 a week according to Sportrac, joined North London from Lille four years ago in a then club-record £72 million purchase, has failed to live up to expectations at the Emirates Stadium.
Pepe scored just 16 Premier League goals for the North London side and it seems his time at the Emirates is coming to an end.
How much Arsenal would be able to recoup of the £72 million they spent on the former LOSC Lille man remains unknown but a deal for the Ivorian to the Saudi side seems very plausible.
This summer, Pépé and Arsenal were in talks over the termination of his contract. The 28-year-old striker was left out of the Premier League side’s pre-season tour.

Is a move to Saudi Arabia for Pepe realistic
The Ivorian looked set to move to Turkish side Besiktas but that deal has now fallen through, despite the Turkish side being ready to offer the forward a three-year contract, the Ivorian rejected their advances as he seemingly did not want to play for the European side.
The outlet adds that an unnamed club from the Gulf Kingdom are pushing to sign the out-of-favour Arsenal man with the Premier League side currently in talks over his transfer fee.
Perhaps it is Steven Gerrard’s Al-Ettifaq who could be interested in the winger, the other top Saudi sides are well-stacked for wingers so Gerrard’s Saudi side could well be interested in the 28-year-old.
