Over the past few days, a video that many claim was taken at the 2023 Mocha Fest in Houston is going viral. The video sees some festival attendees reportedly getting frisky in public. It has drawn a lot of attention with many users sharing their shock upon seeing the clips.
What comes to mind when you think about a music festival? For most of us, it’s good tunes played by amazing musicians, loads of dancing, delicious food, some great fashion looks, and even a little bit of drinking. Most attendees often let loose when they are enjoying a festival. However, recent videos from one festival doesn’t leave much to the imagination. Several internet users claim the videos are from a Mocha Fest event.
Wild ‘Mocha Fest videos’ go viral
The video in question surfaced on the internet on April 30 after it was posted by an Instagram user. While it’s been on the internet for a while, it suddenly received a lot of traction over the past few days.
The said video is a collection of three clips all apparently filmed at a Mocha Fest event. The three clips see several partygoers engaging in intimate acts with fellow attendees. While the Instagram video blocks most of the view, it is still easy to gauge what exactly is going on.
We obviously cannot post the video here, but it exists on Instagram user pierboy_tuk’s account. At the time of writing the video has 87 likes and a few comments. But it’s sure to blow up soon. Others are sharing clips they found via Twitter.

Internet users react to fest attendees getting frisky
Many internet users were shaken to their core to see people engaging in such acts in public.
However, a few others could not help but compare it to the Freaknik street parties popular in the 80s and 90s.
“Freak nik vibes,” one user wrote. However, another claimed the parties were mellow compared to this. “Freaknik is kiddie stuff compared to this,” they joked.
For the unversed, the Freaknik parties were famous among college students as well as non-students in the 80s and 90s. It was known to be a spot where attendees let loose way too much at times. But reports also say they got out of hand.
One person reacting to the alleged Mocha Fest video had an interesting take. “So I guess inflation made hotel rooms so expensive that people had done their h****g in the streets,” the user jested.
Someone else penned it made their ‘stomach churn’.
One TikTok user who came across the video said they would hand their wife the divorce papers if she ever insisted on going to the festival where the video arose from.
