While the thought of a crew member purposefully including themselves in the final product is fun, Redditor u/itsjustmonty_ eventually posted a multi-part explanation of the mystery. Initially, they claimed it was an accident from a bluescreen shot and that the character was mistakingly included when developing the whole shot.
However, this explanation was nixed in favor of a better, simpler one. It’s just what it appears: a face in the background captured by accident. «What appears to have happened here,» u/itsjustmonty_ reports, «is that the camera traveled slightly too far and somehow no one noticed while cropping the footage.» They include a string of uncompressed shots from the Blu-ray and a wild behind-the-scenes clip that shows a crew member off in the distance while filming the shot roughly 10 seconds in. In other posts, they reiterate that this was not their original discovery and they are simply reposting on Reddit to shed light on something that bubbled up from other corners of Star Wars fandom.

In a final update, the original poster details that the person’s identity remains unknown and settles on «Mustafar Man» as the newly discovered character’s canon name. The title fits until someone from Hollywood says they slipped into the shot two decades ago.
Because the Harkonnen spider creature doesn’t appear in the «Dune» books, it’s not entirely clear what it actually is. Some theorized after the film’s release that it could have been Doctor Yueh’s wife, who’s said to be imprisoned and tortured by the Harkonnens. However, neither of these earlier designs with faces suggests that. What’s more likely is that the creature is a creation of the Bene Tleilax — a secretive group in Herbert’s universe known for genetic experimentation.
In the later novels, the Tleilaxu are responsible for cloning experiments that play heavily into the larger story. However, that isn’t the extent of their dark scientific efforts. Given the Harkonnens’ immense wealth and power in the universe, it’s reasonable to assume they would have some business dealings with the Tleilaxu. Why the baron would want such a grotesque creature in the first place is another question entirely and, honestly, one that may be best left unanswered.
In the end, moviegoers were treated to a still-frightening but slightly less ghoulish version of the creature. While Villeneuve’s films don’t mention the Bene Tleilax by name, there are small details in «Dune: Part Two» that set up adaptations of Herbert’s later stories. If those sequels end up happening, the Tleilaxu will play a larger role, and we could finally get some much-needed clarity on what exactly that terrifying monster is.

The complicated Star Wars insult in «Heretics of Dune» seems to paint George Lucas’ films as «cheap copies» rather than the genuine article. It was clear from the moment that «Star Wars: Episode IV — A New Hope» was released in theaters that it drew heavily from Frank Herbert’s world, or at least, seemed to.
Speaking with the Associated Press in 1977, Herbert mentioned he had been asked soon after the «Star Wars» premiere if he intended to sue. «I will try hard not to sue,» he said. «I have no idea what book of mine it fits, but I suspect it may be ‘Dune’ since in that I had a Princess Alia and the movie has a Princess Leia.» He also referenced the desert planet of Tatooine and the «hooded dwellers» who live there. Funnily enough, that same article refers to «Dune» as a completed trilogy. It wasn’t until 1981 that Herbert continued the Dune timeline with a fourth book, «God Emperor of Dune.»
Herbert’s skepticism toward Lucas’ originality was fair, though the stories of Star Wars and «Dune» are quite different in tone and subject matter. The latter is a darkly serious story about how power corrupts all and how heroes cannot be blindly trusted. The former is a popcorn adventure story full of romance and spectacle. It’s also worth noting that many have compared «Dune» to the story of T. E. Lawrence, made famous in 1962’s «Lawrence of Arabia.» It seems even Herbert may have borrowed quite a bit.
Deadpool joining the MCU means the franchise has more opportunities to be R-rated and weird. Given the character’s history of breaking the fourth wall, he might also be useful for tidying up some of the Multiverse Saga’s awkward loose ends, with Redditor u/Minartis suggesting that Wade Wilson is the perfect candidate to reset those storylines that need a reboot.

Según ha podido saber el diario Marca, el Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 8 de Barcelona ha emitido un autoque permitemultar a los usuarios que consumen fútbol pirata a través de listas IPTV o apps de móvil y otros dispositivos.
En el auto al que ha tenido acceso Marca, las operadoras Vodafone, Orange, MásMovil, Digi y Telefónica están obligadas a entregar a la LaLiga toda la información de los usuarios que han visionado fútbol pirata: dirección IP asignada al usuario, nombre y apellido del titular que contrató el servicio de acceso a internet, dirección postal y DNI.
Con estos datos en su poder, comenzarán a llegar las multas a los domicilios particulares de los usuarios que han pirateado el fútbol. Pero nada se sabe de a cuánto ascenderán y tampoco está del todo claro si esto llegará a ocurrir, al menos a aquellos usuarios que puedan demostrar que no hay ánimo de lucro.

From the obviously interesting combination of the greatest DC superhero out there and one of the most successful movie directors to the fact that the film will feature the live-action debut of the Authority, there are all sorts of cool curveballs «Superman» might throw. Meanwhile, action-packed set photos showed Tyler Mane’s Sabretooth will appear in the film. Jennifer Garner’s Elektra from the Ben Affleck-starring «Daredevil» film and her own self-titled 2005 spin-off is also rumored to be in the movie, although that hasn’t been officially confirmed.
Even if Jones’ Juggernaut isn’t in «Deadpool & Wolverine,» it’s possible the version portrayed by Reynolds in «Deadpool 2» could take his place if needed. However, considering Jones is a self-proclaimed «Deadpool» fan, it’s equally possible his response is just a smokescreen to avoid another potential cameo from leaking. In Denis Villeneuve’s «Dune – Part One,» Dr. Liet-Kynes (Sharon Duncan-Brewster) also gets to make a whole expository speech about stillsuits for Paul (Timothée Chalamet) and Leto Atreides (Oscar Isaac), thus informing the audience about the suits and their properties. However, the film skips the line about excrement processing, presumably to avoid eliciting an immediate and disgusted reaction from the viewers.
Whether fans knowing about the suit’s more … advanced recycling properties would have helped or hindered «Dune – Part Two» at the box office, the world will never know. Still, while leaving this very specific function of the suit out of the movie — or at least not referring to it in any way — is a change from the source material, it’s hard to imagine too many fans up in arms about this particular omission. After all, viewers might find it hard to focus on the plot when they constantly wonder which stillsuit-wearing character is using their portable bathroom at any given moment, or the mess-hiding thigh pads keep drawing their eye.
The Fremen’s backstory in «Dune» is a great example of supposedly backward people who are nevertheless incredibly capable survivors with a complex culture. Considering that the inclusion of the thigh pad line might have risked turning these deep and multifaceted people into a «walking toilet» meme, it may be best to consider this one an adaptation win.
«Damsel» does its stock and trade in this kind of female empowerment, a theme that is extremely on the nose throughout the entire film. We see very clearly how marriage, historically, is represented as being akin to human sacrifice, where a helpless young woman is subject to the whims of her new family. Every single character is built out of cardboard, mere props in a storybook fiction, and only Angela Bassett (surprise, surprise) as Elodie’s stepmother manages to make something of her role. In a diversion from the traditional wicked stepmother stock character, she cares deeply for Elodie and her younger sister and is the only person who senses something awry about the royal family. More importantly, despite the fact that this marriage would save their family, she leaves the door open for Elodie to back out of the arrangement in an empathetic gesture that feels the most human out of anything in «Damsel.»
Misogyny and classism are the words of the day. The peril of women is clearly shown, as is the tendency of the rich to exploit and ultimately sacrifice the poor to achieve their own ends. Interestingly (and this is perhaps the only interesting choice that the film makes), the misogynist sacrifice of royal brides is something perpetuated almost entirely by women. Queen Isabelle spearheads the grisly practice, maneuvering her husband — who barely speaks throughout the entire film — and her clearly guilt-ridden son through the ceremony. The dragon herself is female, taking out her grief and rage on innocent young women over the course of several generations. (The fact that it was a man, the former ruler of the kingdom, who caused all this mess in the first place, does not go amiss.)

Void Linux es una distribución creada desde cero por una comunidad de entusiastas. Su propósito principal es ofrecer una experiencia informática sencilla y rápida, sin renunciar a las funcionalidades básicas de un sistema operativo Linux actual.
Lo que hace a este sistema diferente es su enfoque único y sus características. A diferencia de muchos otros sistemas que se basan en una distro existente, Void Linux es completamente independiente que usa el entorno de escritorio XFCE4.

Known as Laura Kinney to her friends and family, X-23 is a character with an interesting backstory. While she’s an established character in the pages of Marvel’s comic books, the mutant debuted on the screen courtesy of «X-Men: Evolution,» an animated series that chronicles the titular heroes during their teenage years (with an adult Wolverine serving as their mentor). The series is divisive among fans, but X-23 was generally well-received from the outset, and the cartoon was her launchpad toward more acclaimed adventures.
X-23 and Wolverine have a unique relationship. She is cloned from a sample of his DNA and created to be an instrument of destruction for an organization called the Facility. Unfortunately for the villains, Wolverine’s DNA gives her a conscience, and she eventually joins forces with her dad and his X-Men comrades before becoming a member of the X-Force group.
With the X-Men set to join the MCU, there are opportunities for X-23 to have a future in the franchise. However, it remains to be seen what Marvel’s plan is for the mutants on the screen, and whether it involves Logan’s daughter.
