Buffalo Bills star Josh Allen was on the Pardon My Take podcast while cracking the NSFW “Room 40” joke when the podcasters asked him to try “Wingnutsz” in Buffalo and the quarterback’s hilarious response has fans in hysterics.
Josh Allen’s interviews with Barstool Sports are mostly highlighted by funny moments and the football star has impressed fans with his comical chops yet again, with the popular social media joke about ‘Room 40’, which we have explained below.
Josh Allen shares ‘Room 40’ restaurant in Buffalo joke
Josh was in conversation with Big Cat and PFT of Pardon My Take podcast when the football star was asked to try the dish called Wingnutz from a Buffalo-based restaurant.
Josh came up with a deal and told the podcasters that he would try the Wingnutz if they visited his favorite restaurant Room 40. When the crew members express their loyalty to Wingnutz, Josh pushed his offer once again convincing Big Cat and PFT.
When the duo agrees to visit Room 40 which Josh said was “down the street”, the letter says he would go to have Wingnutz.
Adding to his joke the Buffalo Bills star asks: “Where are you going to go?”, to which PFT and Big Cat respond saying “Room 40”.
Josh hilarious responds: “Room for these nuts in your mouth?” cracking the podcasters up.
NSFW ‘Deez Nuts’ term explained
‘Deez Nuts’ joke was popularized by the Internet years ago and it continues to dominate the meme culture in 2023 as well as you can find the slang included in most dialogues.
Besides being used as a deliberate and funny distraction in a conversation, the term Deez Nuts also refers to male genitalia in the context of a joke.
Josh’s joke is a wordplay on the internet slang as he elaborates Room 40 as “room for these” followed by “nuts”.
The term Deez Nuts was reportedly first used by Dr.Dre in his 1992 album Chronic. A couple of years ago it was turned into a hilarious trick on TikTok as users happily indulges in the viral joke.
