The announcement about the new event came from Billy’s official Instagram account where he assured his followers that this event will not be like what happened in 2017.
At the moment, the website notes that the festival is set to take place in the Caribbean and December 6, 2024 has been mentioned as the date.
How much are the tickets?
A total of 777 tickets will be sold for the festival and its cost depends on the slot you fall under. The first 100 tickets have already been sold out. However, party-goers still have a chance to get their hands on them.
Tickets 101 to 500, The Fyre Four Hundred are for $799, tickets 501 to 600, the Fyre starters are for $1,199, tickets 601 to 650, and Pre-sale 1 are for $1,799.
Meanwhile, tickets 651 to 700, pre-sale 2 are for $2,699, tickets 701 to 750, pre-sale 3 are for $4,899, and lastly, the remaining tickets, that is 751 to 777, pre-sale last chance will be for $7,999.
What happened during Fyre Festival in 2017?
In 2017, Fyre Festival attendees complained about not getting proper meals or a place to stay. When the event was first announced people were promised a luxurious stay with all the amenities.
However, when they arrived, they noticed there were only tents and no proper place to sleep. The event was hyped by celebrities such as Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, and many more.
At first, the event was postponed as the organizers tried to tackle the situation. However, it was eventually cancelled.
