Streaker causes havoc on Small World Disneyland ride prompting indecent exposure arrest

    [ad_1]

Disneyland attendees have expressed concern for a scantily clad streaker who was seen walking across the park’s It’s A Small World ride this past weekend.

A group of families and parkgoers got more than they bargained for as they enjoyed a boat ride in Disneyland California, on Sunday, November 26. The ride is said to have stalled for over an hour, with users on TikTok now piecing together clips from the moments leading up to, during, and in the aftermath of the now infamous Disneyland Small World streaker-gate incident.

Wholesome Disneyland trips marred by streaker on It’s A Small World ride

“Please stop! You’re going to get hurt!” Came the cry of a concerned Disney employee, as she pleaded to no avail while an unnamed streaker began to tiptoe across the forbidden areas of the ride based in the Fantasyland area of the park.

Thanks to various viral clips, groups of concerned onlookers can be seen peering on as the man ignored the calls for him to stop – continuing to step outside of the designated boat area and even pausing to sit down on a fake wave machine generator at one point.

While nobody was harmed during the incident, the streaker was dressed only in underwear, much to the dismay of fellow park-goers.

According to reports, the local Anaheim police department has confirmed that the streaker, who we know to be a 26-year-old male, did, at one point, strip “completely naked.”

The Small World incident has made quite a stir on social media.

Thanks to an abundance of viral footage, TikTok users have been able to watch multiple clips that appear to show the man before, during and after the incident – as they try to gauge what drove him to de-robe at the family-friendly establishment.

In footage found online, someone a TikTok user claims is the streaker calmly makes his way down the side of the ride, before things escalated.

“I love that we’re getting the Small World Streaker lore.” Wrote one user in response to the clip, which has been viewed over 3.5 million times within a day of being uploaded. “What a mystical tale” they added.

Police confirm arrest has been made

According to the Anaheim Police source linked above, the 26-year-old was arrested – having forced the ride to shut for more than an hour.

The anonymous streaker was arrested for indecent exposure and being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was also taken to a hospital under precautionary circumstances.

Describing the experience, one attendee said on Instagram: “He ended up running off the ride naked but safely got detained by security and went off in an ambulance to get help.”

They went on to add, “It was really scary dude we thought they were gonna jump onto the boat”.

Thousands of TikTok Shops shut down overnight in copyright crackdown

    [ad_1]

Thousands of TikTok Shops have been shut down over the last few hours, as the platform cracks down on alleged copyright violations.

To sell on TikTok Shop, you must follow a strict set of rules and regulations – which many do not appear to be doing.

Thousands of TikTok Shops shut down

People’s shops have been shut down for breaking guidelines surrounding copyright, intellectual property and counterfeit products.

“TikTok users are waking up today to find out that their account has been suspended and all of the funds they’ve made in X amount of days has also been suspended,” one user explained.

He said that there are very strict copyright laws in the US which some people haven’t been following on TikTok Shop.

Many have been infringing these laws by making products with copyrighted brands on without permission, such as Disney characters.

Others have been buying counterfeits of patented products and ‘dropshipping’ them directly from a wholesaler to the customer.

    ‘A long time coming’

Internet users are saying the closures have been a long time coming and many are surprised that TikTok didn’t crack down sooner.

One person wrote on X (formerly Twitter): “I’m glad TikTok just did that massive shop shut down. I don’t know why people thought they would be able to get away with selling counterfeit products or just calling them dupes.”

“Seeing that dozens of TikTok Shops are getting shut down is hilarious. It’s actually been a long time coming,” said another before questioning how anyone can buy knock offs of luxury items on TikTok for $3 and think they’re genuine.

A third person called the TikTok Shop drama “hilarious” and added: “100s of people’s shops shut down right before Black Friday and all of them confused…did you really think Disney/Nintendo and the others were gonna let you infringe on their IPs forever?”

“Gotta love these dumb dumbs on TikTok complaining about their shops getting shut down. Did these people honestly think they’d be able to get away with creasing unlicensed product of licensed IPs?” someone else tweeted.

TikTok Shop’s US Intellectual Property Policy clearly states that they do not allow any products that infringe copyright on the platform.

“The use of copyrighted content of others without proper authorization or legally valid reason may lead to a violation of TikTok’s policies,” it says.

“We prohibit TikTok Shop users from infringing the intellectual property rights (IPR) of others in connection with TikTok.”

Any product listings that violate another’s copyright can be taken down and the user can be suspended or terminated.

TikTok Shop also reserves the right to report any sellers who engage in copyright infringement to the
    relevant legal authorities.

  • What does 48 mean on Snapchat?

What does 48 mean on Snapchat?

    [ad_1]

Every now and then, Snapchat surprises its users with new emoticons and other symbols that most aren’t aware of and the number 48 is the new addition to the list of lesser-known signs.

According to My AI, 48 on Snapchat refers to the 48-hour streak, which essentially represents the time period you and your friend have been exchanging snaps for.

“It means that you and a friend have been exchanging snaps for 48 consecutive hours. Keep the streak going!,” the message from the bot reads.

Apps With More Than One Million Users
Photo by Jaap Arriens/NurPhoto via Getty Images

It seems there’s more than one meaning to the same number depending on the context. 48 could also refer to the number of hours since you last opened a snap from that friend. It’s a way to keep track of how long it’s been since you have interacted with each other.

Only a few days ago, Snapchat users were similarly curious about the peace sign on private and group chats, whose meaning we explained.

    Snapchat planets to determine friendship

Users with Snapchat Plus subscriptions can enjoy several features that specifically focus on the friendship factor.

Snapchat planets are popular for determining the friendship you share with a fellow user in the order of the solar system.

The feature can be accessed by selecting the gold-bordered ‘Best Friends’ or ‘Friends’ badges, which are exclusive to users with premium accounts.

If you find the ‘Best Friends’ badge, it means you are one of each other’s eight closest friends, while the ‘Friends’ badge means you’re on their list of close friends but not vice-versa.

As for the planets, either you or your friend can be the sun and the other planet determines how close you are. For instance, if you’re the sun and your friend is Mars, you’re their fourth closest friend.

Most of us see our significant others every day, but don’t often ask those deep and meaningful questions we really want to know.

Things like asking what their favorite thing about you is or what they love about you often seems a bit corny.

So, we don’t ask at all – but of course we’d like to know. That’s where the 12 question trend comes in very handy!

It’s a set if 12 deep questions about your life and relationship that reveal what your partner really thinks about you.

12 questions you need to ask

The 12 questions you need to ask are:

    1. If someone asks you what I am to you, what do you say?
    2. What are the three things you love about me?
    3. What makes me different from others you have dated/ talked to in the past?
    4. What do you dislike about me?
    5. What is your favorite thing about me?
    6. What was your first impression of me?
    7. What are three things I say a lot?
    8. What is one thing you hope for our future?
    9. If we were together right now, what would we be doing?
    10. What would you be doing right now if we never met?
    11. How was your life before we got together?
    12. Will I forever hold a special place in your heart?

Try the trend on your ex

Another version of the trend is going viral that involves asking the questions to your ex – but it’s not for the faint hearted.

One person wrote on Twitter: “12 questions with your ex on TikTok is crazy.”

“Did the 12 questions trend with my ex and I can say that we both met at the wrong time,” said another.

A third person added: “Can’t believe people are really doing this with their exes.”

If you’ve got an ex you’re still friendly enough with, why not give it a try!

Titled ‘Candid Camera Classic: Gorgeous Teacher’, the video is around three minutes long and shows various scenarios with the school children being introduced to their new teachers.

In the viral video shared on Instagram, two girls are sitting at a desk together when a male teacher is asking if they would like to be in his class.

As the teacher is speaking, the girls come across as timid and shy while blushing and looking at him.

However, when he walks away, the girls begin to chuckle between themselves, covering their mouths as they blush and talk about his attractive appearance.

Viral 1965 experiment proves nothing has changed

The original Candid Camera Classics video has reached over two million views and more than 28,000 likes.

Beneath the popular video posted on Instagram, many viewers express how the reactions from the girls haven’t changed today in 2023.

Another Instagram comment suggested that the women are “representing girls of every generation.”

Aside from the comments reacting to the girls’ funny response, @90s_k.i.d asked: “Whose grandma is this?”

Another user named @antweezy_86 admitted that they thought the teacher was good-looking: “He was fine.”

Boys also took part in the 1965 teacher experiment

In the full-length YouTube video shared by Candid Camera Classic, after the girls’ reaction to their new teacher was shown, the same experiment was carried out on a pair of young boys.

The boys are shown sat at a desk when their new teacher walks into the classroom to introduce herself.

Once the lady walks out of the room, the boys begin chuckling to themselves and speaking about how attractive their new teacher is.

A comment by @tmk9651 joked that the boys’ reactions were a lot more intense: “The girls blushed, but the guys had cartoon hearts springing out of their eyes!”

Another viewer named @phiddlephart7026 pointed out the difference in responses: “Did you notice the girls spoke in sentences while the boys were reduced to one-word exclamations.”

The beverage was posted on Instagram by a user called The Junk Food Aisle who wrote: “Thumbs up or thumbs down? Starbucks Cheetos Flamin Hot Frappuccino.”

It’s bright red in colour and and topped with whipped cream and red powder which actually looks quite appetising – until you look at the bottom of the cup.

Around the edge are some of the much-loved cheese snacks made by Frito-Lay, which is a subsidiary of PepsiCo.

The picture is complete with the Cheetos logo – leading many to believe the coffee chain had actually collaborated with them.

People say it’s gone ‘too far’

The drink has left people disgusted, with one person commenting: “Okay, you’ve gone TOO FAR.”

    “Oh hell no,” said another.

A third person added: “A hard pass on this one.”

“That looks gross,” someone else said.

    Another agreed: “Disgusting!”

The spicy drink isn’t actually real

People obviously didn’t look at the image properly because it clearly states that the whole thing is fake – thank god!

“This product image is generated by AI,” it says in a circle at the top. “Not real.”

It was made using an artificial intelligence generator, which uses computer technology to create images using text prompts.

However, a trend has actually gone viral on TikTok that sees people making real Cheetos Frappuccinos by blending up the snacks.

The rude prank has been popular in French classes for years and never fails to amuse with its stupid humor.

‘Seal in French’ prank goes viral

All you have to do is ask someone how you say the word ‘seal’ in French. They probably won’t know the answer because who does, right?

So, you ask Siri, Google or Alexa to say the phrase and all descend into laughter. Go on, ask: “How do you say seal in French.”

The prank doesn’t have the same effect is you simply find out using a search engine. You have to hear it out loud.

How do you say ‘seal’ in French?

The word ‘seal’ in French is ‘La phoque’ – but what’s so special about that? Well, if you say it you’ll see that it sounds like a swear word.

It’s stupid and childish but oh-so-amusing and will go down a real treat with anyone no matter what their age.

Have a go at the similar ‘tuna sub spelled backwards’ prank next and fool a friend into saying a rude phrase out loud.

The funny joke has gone viral on TikTok and Twitter in recent months, but it’s been a popular one in French class for years and never fails to amuse.

One person wrote: “I remember the day in French class when we learned how to say the word seal. The energy was electric.”

“Had a few people in my car, my 10 year old just told me to ask Siri how to say “baby seal” in French. Er,” laughed another.

A third person added: “Jacob discovered how to say ‘Baby Seal’ in French this morning. Sometimes I just can’t keep a straight face!”

“I will always remember one of my student’s face when he asked me how to say “seal” in French, he started laughing and said ‘Yeah no, I can’t do it’,” someone else tweeted.

    German bunker in Bermuda Triangle

“This is so f***ng scary. A few hours ago in the Bermuda Triangle, an advanced German bunker from World War 2 has been discovered,” the podcaster says in the viral video, to which Musk replies: “Yeah, yeah, I heard of it.”

He claims that the bunker houses documents about a moon station in 1939 that confirmed contact with extraterrestrials before saying this raises questions about secret space projects before the official space age.

Joe Rogan adds that nobody knows how the Germans built in this depth and why they needed the bunker and says the “scariest thing” is that one of them took a picture which shows it’s “way too expensive just for a prank or something”.

The clip ends with a spiel about aliens, UFOs and an old-looking pirate ship which have supposedly heightened scientists’ interest in the Bermuda Triangle.

Viral Joe Rogan clip is AI generated

The clip isn’t actually from a real Joe Rogan podcast. He has sat down with the Tesla founder a number of times, but this one is a phony.

Someone has taken clips from their previous podcasts and used an artificial intelligence generator to add fake words in their voices.

If you look closely, you can see that their mouths don’t match up with the talking – and there are a few obvious errors too.

As well as grammatical mistakes, the map that pops up on screen shows the Mediterranean, not the Bermuda Triangle.

While many were fooled by the fake video, others knew it was AI straight away.

A third person added: “Lol, pretty sure the Bermuda Triangle isn’t in the Mediterranean.”

Rife claimed he didn’t speak to his girlfriend for a year after meeting her as she told him it wasn’t “appropriate” for them to be friends, due to her having a boyfriend at the time.

The comedian has been under fire in the past week after opening his Netflix special with a joke about domestic violence.

Matt Rife’s girlfriend is a famous actress

Rife’s relationship is still in its early days but he announced it in August on Good Morning America. The comedian confirmed on the show that he was no longer single.

In October, Rife spoke to PEOPLE about his relationship with his girlfriend Jessica Lord. “It’s newer, but I mean I do prefer to keep it on the private side. Just because, I mean, people are literally insane,” he said.

Jessica Lord is an actress and dancer, best known for her starring role in the popular Hulu show Find Me In Paris. She’s also played roles in Party of Five and Ransom, alongside children’s show The Next Step.

The actress has a large following on TikTok too, with over 400,000 followers. Lord was born in England but raised for a lot of her life in Canada, accounting for her mixture of accents.

Jessica Lord refused to hang out with Rife for a year

Rife shared the backstory of his relationship on a November appearance on the podcast Podcrushed, explaining that Lord actually had a boyfriend when they met and so felt it was not “appropriate” for them to hang out.

They met in Mississippi in 2022, when tornado warnings meant Rife couldn’t fly out as planned. He said he continued to push back his flight every time though, in order to spend more time with Lord.

“I stayed an extra two days just so I could keep hanging out with her,” he said. “I was really trying, which was such a s***** thing to do, she had a boyfriend.”

The comedian said he was “obsessed” with Lord and that they had a “wonderful connection” off the bat. When both of them returned to LA, Matt Rife said he reached out to his now-girlfriend, because he knew she wished to attend a show.

“When she got back to L.A. I called her and was like ‘Hey, do you wanna come out?’ and she was like ‘You know, I have a boyfriend and I just don’t think it’s appropriate that we be friends because obviously you like me,’ ” he said.

According to the Netflix star, he didn’t talk to Lord for a year after that.

The joke revolved around an anecdote of Rife and a friend being served by a waitress with a black eye. When his friend pondered why she wasn’t working in the kitchen to hide her injury, he responded: “I feel like if she could cook, she wouldn’t have that black eye.”

  • PETA’s Thanksgiving post depicts a human being ‘served as dinner’ to Turkeys

PETA’s Thanksgiving post depicts a human being ‘served as dinner’ to Turkeys

    [ad_1]

PETA sparked attention online this week after a Thanksgiving-themed post depicting a human in place of a turkey at the dinner table.

The X, formally known as Twitter, post suggested how a Thanksgiving dinner would look if the roles were swapped and suggested that turkeys would “never do this to us.” In rapid time, the post was context-checked by X, with information on the diets of turkeys, explaining that they do in fact eat other animals.

X users were up in arms over the post, with it sparking fierce debate over the morality of a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. It’s not the first time however that PETS has shocked with its annual Thanksgiving campaign, and it probably isn’t the most shocking one either.

PETA shared an opinion-dividing post for Thanksgiving

On Wednesday, PETA gained over 30 million views on their post this holiday. The organization, which endorses a vegan Thanksgiving instead, showed an artful take on what a Thanksgiving scene would look like if the roles were reversed.

The artwork showed a family of turkeys sat around the dinner table, all holding hands and preparing to tuck in. In the center of the table was a human body, cooked and ready for the turkeys to eat.

“We’re lucky turkeys would never do this to us – you don’t have to do it to them either.” reads the post.

Turkeys on free range turkey farm

Not everyone liked the Thanksgiving post by PETA

PETA’s post received backlash on social media and even earned a box of added context from X.

“Turkeys are not vegetarian,” reads the box underneath the post. “Turkeys eat mice, lizards, frogs, and just about anything they can fit in their mouth. If turkeys were larger or had the technological means to farm and eat humans, their current diet reveals they likely would.”

X users shared their thoughts in response to the tweet. One user wrote: “Just a little FYI as someone who raises birds. They would 100% do this to you and their own.”

In a tweet shared by PETA later, they highlighted the 30 million views the tweet received when told they “really thought [they] did something.”

Not PETA’s first shocking holiday campaign

PETA is no stranger to being in the spotlight during the holidays and this viral tweet isn’t the first time they’ve upset people with a campaign.

In 2016, a PETA ad was banned for use on ABC, after showing a child going off-script during the end of a school play for the holiday. The child told the crowd how birds are forced to live in tough conditions, followed by a slow and painful death. A caption of the video posted by PETA read: “Watch the holiday video deemed too disturbing for TV.”

    [ad_1]

People in New York set up a full Thanksgiving buffet on the subway and a video of the ‘sweet’ moment has gone viral on TikTok.

It’s the last thing you’d expect to see on a train, but the cute idea is warming people’s hearts as there are many who can’t spend the holiday with family.

Thanksgiving dinner on subway goes viral

In the viral video, a woman is standing on an ordinary New York subway train where someone has set up a table in the middle of the seats.

It’s decorated with a Thanksgiving tablecloth and there’s a whole dinner and soft drinks on top for people to help themselves to.

“NYC is not a real place,” the TikTok user wrote in the caption. “Thanksgiving on the train. New York really is a simulation.”

People are smiling and chatting to each other as they line up to get their food, while others sit in their seats watching in amazement.

    ‘This is so sweet’

The clip has already had more than 17.5 million views and the cute idea is making everyone on social media smile.

One person wrote: “This is so sweet, especially for people who don’t have big families for Thanksgiving.”

“This makes me happy to see them all united to have a Thanksgiving dinner together even if it is on a train,” said another.

A third person agreed: “This is so cute. Everyone got to separated with the pandemic, so it’s fun to see people celebrating Thanksgiving in piblic with strangers.”

“This needs to be a movie! All aboard the Thanksgiving train,” someone else commented.

Similar video went viral last year

The same thing happened on Thanksgiving 2022, when someone also set up a Thanksgiving dinner on the subway.

In the video, people are similarly tucking into a buffet that’s set out on a table in the middle of the train seats.

It looks like it’s becoming a Thanksgiving tradition. Perhaps the same people were behind both!

  • Video shows the moment a bear family charges at hiker on Sierra Madre trail in California

Video shows the moment a bear family charges at hiker on Sierra Madre trail in California

    [ad_1]

A California hiker documented her scary encounter with a family of bears in California earlier this month when they refused to back down.

Running up and down a mountain is hard enough. Add in a mama bear charging at you and it’s a living nightmare. That was the reality for runner Laura Gold, who was left needing to fetch the help of other hikers after her own attempts of roaring at the bears reaped no success.

The bears were seen unwaveringly walking towards Gold and even beginning to run at her at some points.

It’s likely that the bears were black bears, despite their brown appearance. Black bears are the only wild bears found in the state of California and can have brown fur.

The mama bear refused to back down in the Instagram video

Gold posted the video of her intense bear encounter in California to Instagram on November 8, detailing her experience in the caption. According to Gold, she was running on the trail alone when she turned the corner and found the bears.

“I was about five inches from hitting momma bear after turning a tight blind corner,” wrote Gold. “To prevent myself from hitting her, I stopped as fast as I could and almost slid down the mountain doing so.”

Gold added that she had already seen the cubs so she knew the situation was unsafe. In the video, Gold captured the family of bears lurking around the corner of the trail. At this point, the bears appeared to continue walking forward but looking back at Golf often.

A second video posted by Gold showed the moment things got even more tense. As Gold stood at the corner, she filmed the bears. One bear began to charge towards Gold, causing her to suddenly step back. The bear then continued to walk at a pace towards her on the trail.

“I used every trick in the book except bear spray and nothing worked,” wrote Gold. “Momma bear continued to move towards me until another hiker came from behind me and helped scare them away.”

The California hiker attempted to roar at the family of bears

In a video obtained by Storyful which has since been deleted by Gold, the hiker attempted to roar loudly at the bears after they charged toward her. It was without success, however, as the bears continued to edge towards her on the trail.

The runner even attempted to use her loud whistle towards the bears, but again it provided no relief from the situation.

In the end, Gold decided to run from the space until she found another hiker who was able to help her.

Another hiker came to the rescue

    After finding another hiker shortly up the trail, Gold informed them that bears were present and not moving. Luckily, the hiker knew exactly what to do;

The man began to turn directly towards the bears on the trail, causing them to turn around and continue walking along. Gold told Stroyful that the trail was split into two paths that both led down the mountain. Together, they encouraged the bears to take one trail, while they used the other.

A woman on a Frontier Airlines flight ‘pulls down her pants’ to pee after being told she couldn’t use the bathroom and the dramatic situation was caught on camera.

The drama was shared on social media and viewers couldn’t believe their eyes watching the viral video of the woman pulling her trousers down in front of passengers.

Woman on flight ‘pulls down her pants’ to pee

A woman on a Frontier Airlines flight departing from Florida for Philadelphia was denied access to the bathroom onboard the airline.

The female passenger – who has not been named publicly – then apologised to the passengers around her before she appeared to pull down her pants and squat in the aisle on the Monday 20th November 2023 flight.

As shown in footage shared on Facebook by a fellow traveler named Julie Voshell Hartman, the woman threatening to pee in the aisle was using explicit language and shouting: “I gotta go pee!”

Footage taken from the incident was shared on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter/X.

As per The New York Post reports, the video indicates that the woman supposedly wanted to relieve herself in the aisle after a flight attendant told her she could not use the restroom at that time.

Despite pulling her pants down, the woman did not relieve herself on the airplane floor. Instead, she soon pulled her pants back up before continuing to insist that the flight attendant let her into the plane bathroom.

Frontier Airlines passengers were disturbed by pee situation

A passenger witnessing the airplane drama, named Julie Voshell Hartman, shared a Facebook post explaining the situation.

Hartman described the experience flying home from Florida as “awful”: “Matthew Hartman and I had the most awful experience flying home from Florida this afternoon.”

The Facebook post continued to explain: “A passenger was upset that she was required to sit in her assigned seat and decided to pull her pants down on the plane right in front of two children. I literately had a front-row seat to the spectacle.”

Julie Voshell Hartman also claims: “She threatened me after I told her to sit down. I hope she was arrested and banned from flying again.”

The original video can be found in the comment section of the Facebook post.

Scene from Malcolm in the Middle perfectly sums up living with ADHD

    [ad_1]

A scene from Malcolm in the Middle, an American sitcom that aired from 2000-2006, perfectly sums up living with ADHD and the traits that come with the behavior disorder.

Many viewers on social media agree that the classic television series scene involving Malcom’s ‘awkward’ dad Hal Wilkerson, represents some of the traits that people living with ADHD experience.

Malcolm in the Middle scene sums up living with ADHD

Malcolm in the Middle is a dark-humored family comedy TV series that follows a dysfunctional lower-middle-class family and stars Frankie Muniz in the lead role as Malcolm, a child prodigy.

The show follows Malcolm, a bright and intelligent boy, who lives with his dysfunctional family while dealing with the troubles of being the middle child and a teenager.

Producing seven seasons and 151 episodes, the series premiered on January 9, 2000, and ended on May 14, 2006.

Malcom’s father, Hal Wilkerson, played by actor Bryan Cranston, is shown to be an immature, awkward man who is supposedly lost without his wife Lois to keep him in line and tell him what to do.

A TikTok page named @shayanmilani shared a particular clip of Malcom’s dad Hal struggling to keep his attention on one thing at a time. The creator described the scene to be the “best depiction of ADHD in a TV show.”

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a condition that includes symptoms such as being restless and having trouble concentrating, according to the NHS definition.

Hal Wilkerson in Malcolm in the Middle represents ADHD traits

Symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder include a short attention span, constant fidgeting, and acting without thinking – all of which Hal Wilkerson portrayed in the Malcolm in the Middle TV show scene.

The popular video on @shayanmilani’s page has now reached over 14 million TikTok views, more than 1.7 million likes along with a comment section full of humor and agreement from people who deal with the same ADHD traits.

In the comment section of the TikTok post, a user named @Drew explained that in actor Bryan Cranston’s auto-biography “he says he probably has ADHD and also that Hal was the most fun, expressive he could be in a role so I think it fits him well.”

Viewers agree that the TV show accurately depicts ADHD

A viewer named @Jenky shared their experience with the behavior disorder: “ADHD is like having to complete 10 side quests before doing the original side quest.”

Another user jokes that the depiction is “unrealistic” since Hal “knew where his keys were”, a task that some people living with ADHD reportedly struggle with often.

A funny comment by @arbysnight stated: “I went to show my wife this clip but somehow ended up looking for the can opener for 20 min.”

As a fan of the TV show, @Jules asked: “How did I end up relating to the Malcolm in the Middle dad the most out of all the characters?”

@Mark also suggested that the ABC sitcom Modern Family star Phil Dunphy also portrays an accurate representation of ADHD traits: “There is an extremely similar sequence in Modern Family with Phil.”

A ‘wife carrying’ competition exists complete with a mud run and obstacle course, and the clips shared on social media have many people confused by the unusual sport.

Viral clips shared on TikTok show men in the competition carrying the female through a specially designed obstacle track in the fastest time, and the winner reportedly gets rewarded with a prize of beer.

A ‘wife carrying’ competition exists and has gone viral on TikTok

Wife-carrying is a contest in which male competitors race while each carrying a female teammate. The objective is for the male to carry the female through a special obstacle track at the fastest time.

Several types of carrying may be used in the competition, including a classic piggyback, a fireman’s carry (over the shoulder), or Estonian-style (whereby the wife is upside-down on his back with her legs over the neck and shoulders).

The sport was first introduced in Sonkajärvi, Finland and the original course was reportedly a rough, rocky terrain with fences and brooks, but it has been altered in the present day to suit modern conditions.

Today, the course involves sand instead of full rocks, fences, and some kind of area filled with water, according to the Scholarly Community Encyclopedia.

Some of the wife-carrying competitions include a prize of beer, weighing the same size as the wife, rewarded to the winner.

The amount of beer the winner receives is determined not by a scale but by putting beer on one end of a see-saw/teeter-totter and the female (wife) on the other end, until it balances evenly, as per Frederick South Dakota reports.

Clips of the competition have been shared on social media by a meme TikTok page named @memesenseii. The footage has caught the attention of many viewers confused by this unusual sport.

The viral video has currently reached over 16 million views, more than one million likes, and a comment section full of shock and humor.

‘Wife carrying’ competition originated in Finland

Wife-carrying, also known as Eukonkanto in Finnish, originated in Finland. Tales have been passed down of a man named Herkko Rosvo-Ronkainen who was considered a robber in the late 1800s, lived in a forest, and ran around with his gang of thieves causing harm to the villages.

From what has been discovered in the past, there are three ideas as to why/how this wife-carrying sport was invented.

Firstly, that the robber and his thieves were accused of stealing food and women from villages in the area he lived in, then carrying these women on their backs as they ran away.

Another suggestion for the sport’s origin is that young men would go to neighbouring villages, steal other men’s wives to marry themselves. These wives were also carried on the backs of the young men.

Lastly, is the idea that Rosvo-Ronkainen trained his thieves to be “faster and stronger” by carrying big, heavy sacks on their backs, from which evolved this sport.

Though the sport is often considered a joke, competitors seem to take it very seriously.

Wife-carrying contests have reportedly taken place in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Australia, the United States, Hong Kong, India, Germany, the United Kingdom, and other parts of the world.

The unusual sport also has a category in the Guinness Book of Records.

In the comment section of the popular TikTok video showing the wife-carrying sport, many viewers joke about the wild positions the competitors have to stay in for the duration of the race.

A TikTok user named @D1_Jay jokingly wondered: If bro farts, it’s over.”

Many viewers, such as @King Garfield, used the modern slang term ‘gyat’ in their funny comments: “My man just GYAT to get that beer.”

@Kaleigh considered how it must feel to be the wife: “No because imagine having to hold your self while your husband is doing all this.”

Another user named @Nikos joked that the husbands must act like they’re chasing the feet of their wives: “Bro chased them toes for real.”

@Sabortage joked that the winner just really wanted a drink: “Brother really wanted beer.”

Boyfriend learns how to do his girlfriend’s nails so she can save money in viral TikTok

    [ad_1]

A loving boyfriend taught himself how to do his partner’s nail extensions in order to save money, and his work has gone viral on TikTok with many viewers fascinated by his amazing designs.

The nail artist boyfriend even has some TikTok viewers suggesting he should start painting Warhammer figurines, while other people simply just admire his newfound talent in the DIY beauty industry.

Boyfriend learned how to do his partner’s nails in viral TikTok

A TikTok account shared by a couple named Dakota and Jayshree, shows the boyfriend (Dakota) learning to master the art of creating his partner’s gel nail extensions.

The account named @gelxdaddy is dedicated to documenting the boyfriend teaching himself how to create nail extensions and pretty nail artwork.

A recent video has blown up on their page, showing a collection of images following Dakota’s journey and progress as a self-taught nail artist.

The skill started as a means for the couple to save money, rather than paying for Jayshree to get her nails done at a beauty salon.

However, it seems that boyfriend Dakota has since mastered the skill of nails and will be continuing his endeavor into the future.

With the caption explaining “one year ago, my boyfriend learned how to do my nails so we could save extra money”, the viral video spans from the first set Dakota ever created to later showing the intricate nail art he can now design.

Along with the fun nail content, Dakota also shares his tips and tricks to help people do their own gel nails. Products used in the DIY nail videos can be found using the link in the creator’s TikTok bio.

The couple’s nail art journey is also documented on Instagram with the same username @gelxdaddy, flaunting several nail sets produced by Dakota.

The viral TikTok video has currently reached over 36 million views, more than five million likes a comment section filled with amazement.

Beneath the popular post, a user named @Chelsea Alexander advised the talented boyfriend to get licensed, in order to start doing nails professionally: “Please tell me he will go get licensed cause he has been blessed with a gift!”

@gelxdaddy responded confirming that she is trying to persuade her boyfriend to get licensed: “I’m trying to convince him to do it! He’s literally better than any nail tech I’ve ever had!”

@Lorey suggested “he could have a career doing nails if he wanted”, and @Niki Spargal also wrote: “I hope he went from saving money to making money!”

Another TikToker named @Elin argued that the boyfriend had the skill from the very beginning: “I would like to argue that his talent was showing from the start.”

Nail-artist boyfriend being advised to start Warhammer painting

Aside from the compliments and admiration for boyfriend Dakota’s newfound talent as an at-home nail artist, many people commented on how his precise brushwork skill is perfect for painting figurines.

In the comment section, masses of people began to advise Dakota that he should start using hs talent to paint Warhammer figures.

Warhammer is a popular tabletop game in which players can also paint their miniature figurines, taking them from bare plastic to fully realized warriors.

A user named @soliousdragon also noted that Warhammer figure painting could also earn him money: “If he did Warhammer figures that’s good money too!”

However, some people argue that Dakota shouldn’t have to use his precision and steady hand for gaming and instead should be able to focus on nail-art if he wishes to.

@phillip wrote: “Everyone saying he should get into Warhammer figures instead of appreciating his consistency and progress in the art he chose. Why? Because he’s a man?”

Another user named @Zach Tsottles joked: “You all saying “he should get into Warhammer” did NOT read that part where they need to SAVE money.”
